What shipping service do you use?
We currently use USPS, UPS and FedEx.  Shipping method is determined by order size and weight.

What is 'AB Plating'?
AB plating (Aurora Borealis plating) is a thin iridescent coating applied to the surface of glass beads to create a rainbow-like shimmer. The coating reflects light in multiple colors, giving the beads a sparkling, color-shifting appearance similar to the Northern Lights. AB-plated glass beads are commonly used in jewelry making, crafts, and decorative applications to add brilliance and visual interest.

What payments do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wix Payments that includes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB and now Venmo via PayPal.  We do not accept CashApp payments.

Can I make a special request for specific beads?
Yes!  We welcome any special requests!  Just contact us with your questions: info@thebeadtrunk.com

Do you do jewelry making tutorials/videos?
Yes!  We are adding to our YouTube channel soon with great design ideas and tutorials.  If you have any requests, just drop us a message and we will do our best to get a video uploaded!

Can you help with correct bead and drill hole sizing?
We are here to help in any aspect of jewelry making.  With years of experience, our team can get you the assistance you need!

Do you offer jewelry making kits?
We are currently working on hand curated kits and will launch the BEAD TRUNK KIT line soon!

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns.  We may issue a refund for manufaturer defect.  If you need assistance with sizing, please ask before purchasing-we do not accept returns for buyer error.
